The Cosmetic Research Development team:
searches for and evaluates new specialty ingredients;
studies new applications for skincare, makeup, and haircare;
develops innovative functional ingredients (also on request);
provides technical support on raw materials and formulations;
suggests how to optimize existing formulas, with the goals of:
improve their appearance
improving appearance, texture, and sensory experience,
enhancing stability,
making the production process more efficient;
suggests ideas for new formulations;
creates prototypes of finished products (on request or based on trends);
conducts stability tests and sensory evaluations of formulas.
