Instruments

Cytek flow cytometers with unique patented technologies for rapid and high-precision analysis.

Guava MUSE: Compact benchtop instrument, easy to use and can be placed anywhere in the lab, including inside a sterile hood.

  • Touchscreen graphical interface with intuitive acquisition software.
  • Patented capillary flow cell, requires no sheath fluid and produces minimal waste volumes.
  • Works with pre-optimized kits for: cell counting and viability, cell health assays (AnnV, Caspase, Mitochondrial Potential, …), cell cycle analysis, cell signaling, immunology (CD4 and CD8).

Guava EASYCYTE: Works with pre-optimized kits for various cellular activities and, in an open manner, with fluorescent markers.

  • Single tube sample loader (SL) or with 96-well plate sampler (HT).
  • Configurable from one to 3 lasers, up to 14 total parameters. Upgrade possible.
  • Functions using capillary fluidics, requires no sheath fluid.
  • Main applications: Multiparametric immunophenotyping (immunology, cancer research), Cell counting and viability (drug toxin screening), Exotic Flow Cytometry (microbiology, algae, seminal fluid, seeds, …), Bacteria, Gram typing.

Amnis ImageStream: Visual flow cytometer that allows acquisition and saving of images with 20x, 40x and 60x magnification. Signal detection via CCD camera managed in time delay integration (TDI) mode.

  • High-sensitivity instrument, characterized by multiple functions such as AI and Machine Learning capable of enhancing any flow cytometry application.

Reagents

  • Antibodies conjugated with classic fluorochromes and brilliant new generation dyes.
  • Isotype controls
  • Compensation beads
  • Reagents and kits for cell viability and apoptosis studies: Annexin V, Tunel kit, Mitochondrial Membrane Potential Assay, Caspase Analysis, Live/Dead Reagents, Reagents for intracellular staining, Sars-CoV2 Reagents

Conjugation Kits

Abcam’s innovative Lightning-Link® technology enables direct conjugation of antibodies or proteins with HRP, FITC, PE, biotin and other enzymes, fluorophores and small molecules.

  • Quick and extremely simple conjugation system.
  • Minimal amounts of starting material required.
  • Various formats available and customization possibilities

Exosome Analysis

Reagents and complete kits for simple and precise detection and characterization of Exosomes.

  • Single antibodies for recognition of specific target molecules.
  • Panel of specific antibodies for exosome recognition.
  • Capture and enrichment beads for exosomes (CD9, CD63, CD81, CD274, CD326).
  • Lyophilized exosome standards to use as controls.
  • Kits for isolation with capture beads and immunophenotyping of exosomes with sample-specific markers. Simultaneous isolation and immunophenotyping (CD9+CD63 for cell cultures and urine, CD63+CD81 for plasma).

Multiplexing Analysis

Quantitative analysis of up to 25 analytes simultaneously using flow cytometry

  • Cytometric Bead Array technology for high-throughput protein detection using a standard flow cytometer.
  • Sandwich immunoassay principle, where a target protein is immobilized between a capture antibody locked on magnetic microspheres and a detection antibody conjugated with a fluorophore.
  • Simultaneous analysis of multiple target proteins using different combinations of microsphere sizes and fluorophores.
  • Compatible with most standard flow cytometers equipped with blue and red lasers capable of detecting fluorescence in the phycoerythrin (PE) and allophycocyanin (APC) channels, respectively.
  • Up to 25 different proteins can be analyzed with just 25μl of sample.
  • Rapid technique that is more economical than classic ELISA or WB assays.
    Customizable.

This technology enables the design and creation of assays to measure a variety of analytes including inflammatory mediators, chemokines, immunoglobulin isotypes, intracellular signaling molecules, apoptotic mediators, adhesion molecules, and antibodies.

Main Applications:

  • Simultaneous analysis of various cytokines (e.g., inflammatory cytokine analysis).
  • Identification of potential molecular targets for drug development.
  • Identification of molecular mechanisms of drug action.
  • Research for new biomarkers.
  • Identification of various factors involved in disease expression processes.
